Meet the BCF® Team

BronCore Trainers & Instructors

Bron Volney

High energy and happy vibes is the name of my game.  I believe that if your workouts and nutrition are on point, everything else in your week falls into place. That’s why I created Broncore Fitness®—to leverage my belief in the power of health and fitness to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I've been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have turned my passion for working out into a career that never feels like ”work” because I truly love what I do.  I’m excited to train people of all ages (my youngest client is 12 and my oldest is 91), activity levels and from all over the world, whether they’re in the BCF® studio or working out with me virtually. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me enjoying food and drinks with my friends, watching movies and spending time with family.

Mark Cocuzzo

I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness, and I believe it can improve every aspect of your life, from the way you look and feel, to the relationships and sense of community it allows you to build with others. My training philosophy is first and foremost about safety and technique. I want my clients to have fun and look forward to their workouts, while also seeing results and feeling the positive impact that fitness can have on their lives. I’ve been a full-time personal trainer since 2015 and joined the BCF® team in 2017. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me watching sports or hosting the “Save it for the Podcast” show with two of my close friends.

Kelsey Murphy

The human body amazes me and what fitness can do to your whole well being is outstanding.
It not only strengthens your body, it strengthens your mind.
It has taught me discipline, resilience, patience, commitment, major self love, and the list goes on and on.
I firmly believe that finding your love for exercise and good nutritional health is a journey that all should take. With that passion (and inspiration years ago from my team here at BCF) I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help anyone who’s ready to do so.
I love to motivate, inspire, and educate my clients.
I focus on Strength and Conditioning as well as Nutrition. What you put into your body is equally as important as how you move it and use it.
Let’s all get strong from the inside out.
And look damn good doing so.

My favorite muscle groups to work and train are legs and glutes! When I’m not training you can find me serving/bartending at a nearby restaurant (balance is the key to life :) ) spending time with my loved ones, or of course .. working out.

Ryan Jinks

I grew up in Memphis and spent the last 10 years living in Los Angeles, New York City, and Salt Lake City before moving to Boston.

Functional fitness has become a huge part of my life. I have always loved running, but for years couldn’t do it pain-free because of “bad knees”. Learning how to build functional strength completely changed that, and now I run 30-40 miles a week!

I am passionate about helping others build the same foundation of strength so they can reach goals they may not have thought possible, whether that means running pain-free, lifting heavier, or simply looking good and feeling confident.

I thrive on competition, pushing myself to my limits, and being part of a community that is constantly striving to get better together.

Matt Saporito

Growing up I was always an athlete, I played sports through high school and only ever lifted with a coach and a team. It wasn’t until 2021 that I truly found fitness for myself.

What started as a goal to lose weight and look better due to massive weight gain over COVID turned into a complete life change—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fitness gave me confidence I never had and quickly became a passion instead of just a routine.

In 2022, I got certified through NASM, and by 2023 I decided to go all in and make coaching my full-time career. I love working with people, helping them hit their goals (whatever they may be), and showing them how fitness can positively impact every part of their lives.

I believe everyone’s fitness journey is different but being around like minded people is invaluable to it!

The gym is more than just a place to train—it’s a community, and I’m proud to be part of it. Outside of the gym I’m either with friends, watching movies, or tending bar!

Dani Sunshine

I grew up in New Jersey and went to the University of Michigan (go blue!) before making my way to Boston.

I played competitive lacrosse my whole life, which taught me discipline, resilience, and how to push myself while enjoying the process.

With a background in mental health, I deeply value the mind body connection and believe that strength training is about more than just lifting—it’s about feeling confident, capable, and balanced. I combine functional and traditional strength training to help people move better, prevent injuries, and perform at their best.

I love helping others build a solid foundation so they can reach new goals, lift heavier, move pain-free, and feel strong in both body and mind. I thrive on energy, challenge, and creating a supportive environment where everyone can grow and have fun along the way.

Sandra Norbye

I am a Norwegian Personal Trainer and Instructor. I graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Human Movement Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. My specialty involves strength training with a technical approach. While society is hyper focused on quick-fixes, crash diets and trendy workouts, my job is to keep you on track for what actually leads to long-term RESULTS. I believe in the importance of having a plan when you step into the gym, and although I don't believe in quick fixes, leaving that plan to professionals will get you to your goals 10x faster.

I am currently a competitive Powerlifter, yet I have spent 8 years doing Body building style workouts, where I was actively competing for the last 2 years.

Now, I love barbell style workouts, where I focus on STRENGTH. My favorite thing about my job is watching my clients become a person they never thought they could be. While being strong not only brings health benefits like improved body composition, increased bone density and a higher metabolism, it also brings you incredible confidence and self-esteem.

Outside of fitness, I love horseback riding and hanging out with my friends and my two dogs!
