Bron Volney

High energy and happy vibes is the name of my game.  I believe that if your workouts and nutrition are on point, everything else in your week falls into place. That’s why I created Broncore Fitness—to leverage my belief in the power of health and fitness to help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. I've been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have turned my passion for working out into a career that never feels like ”work” because I truly love what I do.  I’m excited to train people of all ages (my youngest client is 12 and my oldest is 91), activity levels and from all over the world, whether they’re in the studio or working out with me virtually. When I’m not at the gym, you’ll find me enjoying food and drinks with my friends, watching movies and spending time with family.

Mark Cocuzzo

I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness, and I believe it can improve every aspect of your life, from the way you look and feel, to the relationships and sense of community it allows you to build with others. My training philosophy is first and foremost about safety and technique. I want my clients to have fun and look forward to their workouts, while also seeing results and feeling the positive impact that fitness can have on their lives. I’ve been a full-time personal trainer since 2015 and joined the BCF team in 2017. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me watching sports or hosting the “Save it for the Podcast” show with two of my close friends.

Bryan Leigh

My passion for helping others led me into the fitness world. I’ve experienced the benefits of working with quality trainers and coaches in my own life, and I believe it can have a positive impact on a person’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013 and have worked with clients of all ages and abilities. I strive to create a training environment that is safe, fun, positive, creative, educational, and that motivates my clients to come back for more. I’m excited to join the BronCore Fitness team, and when I’m not at the gym, you'll find me hiking, golfing or checking out local breweries.

Manny Sanchez

I have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years and I want to change peoples lives in the simplest, most realistic way possible. Everyone deserves to be happy with themselves in and out no matter your fitness level. I like to create fast pace workouts that will keep you moving. My goal is to have you not think and just GO! I want you feeling good and accomplished and coming back for me.

Grace McNamara

Fitness has always been something that excites me and inspires me to be better every day. I found BronCore fitness shortly after I graduated college in 2019 and just couldn’t stay away. In 2021, I decided to turn my love for health and fitness into a career. I became a certified personal trainer through NASM and began working as a full time trainer in June of 2021. Since then, I’ve also become a certified CrossFit coach and a group fitness instructor at Everybody Fights in Boston. I’ve been obsessed with BronCore Fitness since the very beginning and I could not be more thrilled to join the team. My goal is always to help people feel empowered, strong, and challenged through their workouts.

Erin Freeman

I have been in love with the world of fitness and wellness since I first kicked a soccer ball at age 4. With a background in team sports, barre, lifting heavy, and spin, my style is high energy with strong attention to form and alignment. I’m committed to making fitness and wellness inclusive of and accessible to all, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I want you to feel strong in your movements and excited to take on more. When I’m not in the studio, you can catch me exploring new cities, hanging on a beach, or sipping a Pink Drink.

Daniel Gruebel

I'm Daniel deeply passionate about fitness and coaching people. As a functional fitness trainer with a CrossFit background and trainer certification as well as former Athlete, I've dedicated more than 5 years to guiding and supporting others on their fitness journeys. My focus is on sculpting bodies, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and emphasizing the sustainability of our wellness practices. I believe that fitness is not just a sport it’s creating a connection between people and can change not only bodies but also life’s and mindsets. Join me in this transformative journey toward a fitter, healthier you!

Kelsey Murphy

The human body amazes me and what fitness can do to your whole well being is outstanding.
It not only strengthens your body, it strengthens your mind.
It has taught me discipline, resilience, patience, commitment, major self love, and the list goes on and on.
I firmly believe that finding your love for exercise and good nutritional health is a journey that all should take. With that passion (and inspiration years ago from my team here at BCF) I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help anyone who’s ready to do so.
I love to motivate, inspire, and educate my clients.
I focus on Strength and Conditioning as well as Nutrition. What you put into your body is equally as important as how you move it and use it.
Let’s all get strong from the inside out.
And look damn good doing so.

My favorite muscle groups to work and train are legs and glutes! When I’m not training you can find me serving/bartending at a nearby restaurant (balance is the key to life :) ) spending time with my loved ones, or of course .. working out.

BronCore’s Doctors Physical Therapy

Dr. Rachel Lampros

 

Dr. Lampros has been practicing physical therapy for the past 12 years. A senior therapist at Massachusetts General Hospital, she has worked with a wide array of professional teams including The Boston Red Sox, The Boston Bruins, The Women’s National Soccer Team, and The United States Olympic Committee. A Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, Dr. Lampros specializes in orthopedic injuries of the knee, shoulder, hip, back and neck. An All-American and 6-time marathoner, Dr. Lampros understands the impact injury has on the athlete. Her goal is to help her clients return to sports safely and with a better understanding of their body’s potential. Dr. Lampros provides onsite physical therapy services at national sporting events, fitness centers, and local businesses because good, quality healthcare should be accessible for the everyday athlete.

Dr. Izzi Sprague

Dr. Izzi Sprague is a board-certified sports physical therapist with over five years of experience. She is a staff physical therapist at Massachusetts General Hospital where she works with professional, collegiate, and high-school athletes. She has a special interest in recovery after surgery, foot/ ankle injuries in the endurance athlete, female athletes, and dance medicine. Her specialties include knee, foot, ankle, shoulder, and hip injuries. Izzi was a mid-distance track and field athlete and a dancer, and knows first-hand the impact of an injury. Her personal experience with injuries and rehab has sparked her passion towards keeping athletes healthy and getting them back to sport after injury. When not at work Izzi enjoys running, biking, boxing, yoga, and hiking with her German shepherd. Izzi is excited to be a part of a high-energy team that is focused on maximizing the health and wellness of it’s clients.
