In my approach to building better bodies and stronger lives, I always make sure to emphasize the importance of core training. Your core muscles are what stabilize, align, and strengthen your entire body. Along with core strength I also believe in high intensity interval training to burn fat.
The concept is simple and effective. My workouts are made of multiple rounds of high intensity interval training, which consist of short bouts of high intensity cardio followed by even shorter rest periods. Unfortunately, most couple the word cardio with boring treadmills, elipticals, and machines alike. I however, create cardio through resistance training with light weights and bodyweight exercises to strengthen your body as a whole. I devote myself to creating new and challenging workouts that are different and continuously changing, making you enjoy your workout and see results.
